I’m looking for a good website for updating my kitchen lighting. I have a kitchen of early 80’s.?

i want to update my kitchen lighting I now have florcent lighting with plastic sheilds over them and it trimed in wood. I want to add recessed lighting and add a shelf to put certain items on it. I saw this on one of the trading spacess shows but I have looked and looked and cant find it. Does anyone know of good website to update kitchen lighting with before and after pictures. Thanks everyone

DIY and BHG both have websites that might have information that could help you. As for the Trading Spaces episode, I hav ebeen able to locate some I had watched by going onto their website and then doing a search under the room that was redecorated or room theme.
